Hi Malaysian Babywearers!
 
It's International Babywearing Week 2011 from October 10, 2011 till October 16, 2011! We at MBW is taking it slow and easy this year due to time constraints and short staffing. However, would you like to have a short babywearers meet up on the last day of IBW11 that is on SUNDAY, October 16, 2011 at PUTRAJAYA?
 
Proposed meet up:
 
Day/date: Sunday, 16 October 2011
Location: Putrajaya (Putrajaya Dam or Putrajaya Millenium Monument or Alamanda Putrajaya)
Time: 4.00pm - 5.00 pm (or please suggest a good time)
 
Come and let's meet up! It's the least we could do to celebrate this year's IBW. Pick a place.
 
Option 1 : Putrajaya Dam
 
This is a beautiful park just in front of Putrajaya International Convention Centre. There is a covered hall at the entrance, 2 playgrounds for the kids, walkways big enough to bring bicycles for the bigger kids, and the beautiful golden bridge. We can walk up to the golden bridge and line up along the bridge for some awesome pictures!

Option 2 : Putrajaya Millenium Monument
 
This is our favorite place to hang out hear and watch the sunset and have some tea. This place is next to Masjid Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin or also popularly known as Masjid Besi. No playground, but there's a small open field for kids to play ball, and the walkway is big enough for bicycles. We can walk up all the way to the Millenium Monument.

Option 3 : Alamanda Putrajaya
 
The only shopping mall in Putrajaya. There is a water fountain area and a small park outside. And everything else you expect to get from a basic shopping mall. Kids playground, kedai makan, blablabla.
